Submerged Arc Welding
Submerged arc is one of many specialist welding processes in use at Arc Energy Resources.
Welding Complex Geometries
Arc Energy specialise in engineering the perfect solution to the biggest of challenges.
This pipe is being clad on one of Arc Energy's dedicated pipe cladding stations, each equipped with the latest advance inspection facilities.
Pipe Spool Fabrication
Highly qualified project management staff are on hand to help combine our weld overlay and fabrication services, resulting in reduced cost and lead time for clients. Our project management service incorporates everything from procurement and design, to welding and machining right through to the projects end with delivery and documentation.
Pressure Vessel Fabrication
As ASME U Stamp and National Board R Stamp holders, we are certified to manufacture and repair pressure vessels.
In 2010, Arc Energy made a £1/2 million investment in two new rotating head welding machines, increasing the size and scope of work we are able to weld.
This large valve was clad internally using Arc Energy's £500,000 Rotating Head welding machines. Our weld overlay is the perfect solution for any required valve repair service.
ASME Standard Pressure Vessels
These ASME Standard Pressure Vessels were fabricated and clad at Arc Energy Resources, a fine example of our multi-disciplined approach to welding engineering.
Restricted Access Welding
Arc Energy Resources are capable of restricted access weld overlay cladding to a minimum of 20mm diameter.

Arc Energy Resources in the Snow
We're fortunate enough to work in a beautiful part of the world next to the River Frome in Gloucestershire. In heavy snow, as we had in January 2013, the site looks beautiful. We're also located within a mile from Junction 13 of the M5 so transport links are rarely hampered by extreme weather conditions.
Twin Head Welding
Arc Energy Resources is able to perform Twin Wire TIG and Twin-Head welding, enabling four wires to be clad simultaneously.
Weld Overlay and Fabrication
This item demonstrates Arc Energy Resources weld overlay cladding and fabrication capabilities. The item has been fully fabricated and clad through the 5" bore at Arc Energy Resources, as well as completing full NDT requirements.
